Excellent Japanese restaurant. Great range of options, pork jowl is one of my personal favourites. The ramen is also excellent

All the food here took me back to Japan and the beers you cant find on shelves at the bottle-o was a welcome surprise. Probably the best Japanese izakaya in Australia

Very good food. Like, very good. It's a little cramped - pretty small place - so that wasn't the best experience. But the staff were good - helpful and attentive. There were no problems throughout the meal of paying st the end. Good selection of exotic drinks, if you want to try something new. Price was OK, but can't expect that quality to be cheap. Cool atmosphere too - maybe a tad dark as had a little trouble finding the light to read the menu.

Love their Ramen and go there everytime I am in Hobart. Nice casual place. I haven't tried their Sushi, but what I saw looks great. I would definitely go for that too if I could just resist the Ramen ;)

Just had take away ramen. Absolutely delicious. We had a pork and a chicken ramen.

Great evening spent here, Japanese small share plates. Delicious food and friendly (but not overbearing) service. Nice atmosphere and fit out. Loved the tasting options for sake and Japanese whiskeys. On the pricey side at $125 for two, but seriously everything was divine and we ate well. I was dining with a friend who needed gluten free options and they were very accommodating.

Flavoursome food but quite pricey.Compared to regular Japanese restaurants they give 25% (a slice or two) less on food and still charge about $5 to $7 more. Staff here are great, ambiance is the same... will recommend to people who have the extra dough for the sake of experiencing the food and atmosphere.
