Fantastic place and experience! We felt so welcome. The place is cozy and the food is absolutely amazing. Tataki and the oyster were the best! My compliments to the owners 😊

Very dissapointed. Ate 5 inadequate dishes and the most satisfying part of my night was going home to eat a cheese sandwich. First dish (chicken skewer) took 40 minutes to come out which was blamed on a lack of staff. Also paid $17 for what we thought was going to be a decent piece of miso glazed scotch fillet. Turned out to be 5 wafer thin pieces of meat. Pretenious, wouldn't go again.
Great staff and atmosphere. Sunday 3-5 happy hour is bustling and fun.

There's a reason it's booked every night. Some of the best Japanese food I've ever tasted. The food menu is fantastic and there is an extensive cocktail menu as well. Do not miss out coming here if in Hobart

Really liked this place, great atmosphere, food was good and great selection of alcohol, would recommend. Its definitely a bar with food not the other way around. Typically small servings as with most Japanese restaurants, but food was tasty and staff were great. Definitely going back next time we are in town
