Port Arthur Historic Site
4.6
/ 3498

Historic Site Visitor Centre, Port Arthur

There is no denying the rich historical significance of Port Arthur. In my opinion the self-guided tour is the best option for taking it all in. I too was a little disappointed with the boat/Isle of the Dead tour. It felt rushed and that the tourist were a hindrance. That being said, do not be discouraged from enjoying the rest of the site. There is history, drama, and architecture to be explored and marveled at. Overall an enlightening and rich experience.

Crown Perth
4.3
/ 4079

Great Eastern Hwy, Burswood

It has the feeling of a dated hotel with a nice coating of fresh paint. Rooms on the outside of the building get decent views. Rooms on the inside of the building just face other guests rooms. Nice if you're into the whole voyeurism scene though! Rooms were up to date but a little on the small side. Bathroom much the same. Still the experience overall was a positive one. The staff were always smiling and helpful which makes a huge difference. I'll try Metropol next time

Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery
4.4
/ 3628

35 Old Healesville Rd 3775, Yarra Glen

Visited here on Thursday 23rd May , and it was a true delight. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the chocolate choice superb, and the dessert choice in the café was out of this world. I am bringing my son back here in June when he comes on holiday from the UK. Cant wait for return visit.

IKEA Logan Restaurant
4.1
/ 3679

3539-3565 Pacific Hwy, Slacks Creek

Excellent food and the only Ikea in Brisbane right in Logan City.

Chin Chin
4.3
/ 2853

125 Flinders Lane 3000, Melbourne

Everytime we come to Melbourne we wait however long we have to to get in. It's a family tradition. We love it.

El Jannah Granville
4.4
/ 2643

4/8 South St, Granville

You'll be hard pressed to find this place empty. But service is quick, and the value for money is top notch. There's a reason why the other 2 charcoal chicken places on the same strip are empty. The chicken, tabouli, pickles are nice but what brings them to life is the garlic sauce. Love it, I can have that sauce with anything. :)

Dosa Hut
4.3
/ 2749

69 Wigram St 2150, Harris Park

Had a great experience. Staff is very friendly with lovely smiles and everyone of them is concerned about you and your experience with their food. They do not wait for u to roll through the menu and confuse yourself bt keep suggesting and recommending you of their best dishes. Would really like to visit again. And most importantly no long waits even on Friday evening and despite of being busy, food was served with in nominal time. Keep going team and all the best.

Black Cow
4.7
/ 2093

235 Canley Vale Rd 2 235 Canley Vale Rd 2166, Canley Heights

The food was good...one of the best local steak i had...and for the review below who said they dont have table water..they actually do have table water...the food does take a while to come out but once we tasted the food, it was well worth it. The lounges were very comfy..i would definitely come here again

Museum of Contemporary Art Australia
4.4
/ 2491

140 George St, The Rocks

As a non-art student I often find art galleries uninteresting however the Museum of Contemporary Art is a refreshing addition to the Sydney art scene. As noted the exhibitions are often intriguing, as well as a strong permanent collection. It is in a central location with fabulous views of the harbour, with great amenities. I would definitely recommend it to visitors and Sydney-siders alike.

Betty's Burgers
4.8
/ 1888

Level 3, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre 0, Brisbane

I wanted to really like this place. Great location, great decor, friendly staff and great service, and the burgers were nicely presented with oak lettuce bursting out of the bun. Ultimately though it's got to be about the burger, and what we were served here tonight just wasn't to our taste. The basic Betty's burger was a little too basic with not enough flavour. The shroom stack started promisingly enough but was just too much, and too cheesy/fatty to finish. It really needed a spicy sauce, a relish or pickle or something to balance it. The sweet brioche style buns probably weren't helping the cause here. The kids burgers are very simple, but too simple really if your kids are fussy about what they eat. Probably better to spend a few more bucks and order for them from the main menu. The Fries and onion rings were well cooked and seasoned. Having never tried Betty's Burgers (if you don't count the *original* $1 Betty's Burgers from Noosa's Hasting Street back in the 80s...) we left honestly wondering what the fuss is about.

Opera Bar
4.3
/ 2542

Sydney Opera House, Lower Concourse Level Macquarie Street 2000, Sydney

Pricey, but good atmosphere and you can't beat the location: Harbour bridge to the left, Opera House to the right.
