Great views which equal the dollars. Rating is for the views. Food was ok, was not out of this world.

Great coffee und it's interresting sitting outside watching everyone go bay.

This is my second review of Cafe Sydney! My first review was two years ago and the review was glowing! But unfortunately After about 5 visits all up I decided to invite 12 of my closest friends and family here to celebrate my graduation. I was excited to spend such a special night at my favorite restaurant. However I was left totally embarrassed after 5 of my guests including myself experience varying degrees of food poisoning after our shared meal together. Many of us actually had to take the next day of work. The restaurant was totally hostile when we called up to report it and incredibly rude and argumentative about it which really was just salt in the wound. They bizarre thing is we all ate totally different meals and none of us had shared any other meals in common that day. But the restaurant refused to believe us because we could not prove it conclusively (what ever happened to the customer is always right?). Despite the fact that doctors had confirmed food poisoning! I know know I will never go back to Cafe Sydney again after spending over $2.5k to not even get an apology is totally outrageous! But its pretty clear they have unhygienic practices.

Absolutely shocking experience. The staff are incredibly rude and act like they’re above you. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing views but be warned most of the main courses are pretty small and not that filling despite being expensive. The desserts are amazing though so maybe it was good we had room for them.

Really great food, nice views

Spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. One issue that was mentioned in our group is that the light was very dim and hard to see the menu. But apart from that, it was a great experience.
