Watching the roti production is super fun. They serve really fast. Skip the desert, obviously.
Mlc Centre 19 - 29 Martin Pl 2000, Sydney
A little too cool for school. Go and share a dessert platter and some cocktails for a treaty night out!
92 Hay Street 2000, Sydney
I came during its soft opening and had prawn noodle soup. The broth was delicious. Full of flavour. The waitresses were attentive and friendly. The decor was pretty cool from stencil graffiti outside and the seafood aquariums to door and window ways inside. Will have to return for some Satay chicken

Great veggie food, just a little pricey.
20 Campbell St Haymarket 2000, Sydney
Great food - decent veggie selection. Their pad thai was amazing!
69 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills Corner of Wentworth Avenue and Commonwealth St 2010, Sydney
Such an amazing dining experience. No reservations means a wait - but so worth it! Annie as the host is actually a delight to interact with, gives honest time frames and is quick to help out where she can. The floor staff are attentive and present without being overbearing and the food! Wow! Beautifully sized and presented portions that are all as delicious as each other, and brought out quickly with still plenty of time to enjoy each course. Can't wait to go back!

The thick pork bone broth is by far the best in Sydney. Best enjoyed with a soft-boiled egg.
155 Victoria St Potts Point 0, Sydney
Its got a great bar with a great view, but the food is so over priced for what you get. This resulted in a poor experience
4/6 Cowper Wharf Road Woolloomooloo 2011, Sydney
I really like the food at China Doll, and love Woolloomooloo as a spot for dinner! The salt and pepper prawns are amazing, the the stir fried eggplant is good too. The sago pudding is also really good and surprisingly light. The service is pretty slow because they have too many people managing each table, and the beer list is a little light. Overall definitely worth a visit!
Barangaroo Alexander 33 Barangaroo Ave Barangaroo 2000, Sydney
Great burgers, great location. Will definitely come back. Chips were flavoured well but weirdly not crisp, don't think i liked this. Cheeseburger was solid AF and the ebi burger had some great flavours and textures going in.
52-54 Albion Street Surry Hills 2010, Sydney
Great service and delicious Ramen. Asahi on tap if you like beers.

After discovering Din Tai Fung in Sydney on a previous trip, I went to the single location in the USA - Arcadia. And while delicious, the ones in Sydney are fantastic. So much so, I am now returning with my wife and daughter. Highly recommend the pork dumplings, bacon and greenbeans and the veggie rice.
Excellent service - the place is at full capacity and runs like clockwork. Wonderful staff and decor transports u to another era. Food is O.K. Peking duck was a slight disappointment - more of a normal roast duck sliced Peking style. Skin wasn't very crispy. Wouldnt order it again. The meat was somewhat tasteless. Their custom duck oven is more for roast Chinese rather than for Peking style duck. Yum cha steamed sampler - scallops and prawn and sui leung baw were similar to what is available at Din Tai Fung and Chinatown. The steamed mushroom dumpling was delicious. Fresh veges were perfectly cooked - but who goes there for that??? Fried icecream was OK. Tables are way too small so be careful if u order too many things.
