Always super busy and fresh, downside never a place to sit to eat in. Never disappointed in the years i have been going.

The place is always packed but the service is fast and efficient making every trip worthwhile. Chicken is cooked consistently everytime.

Yummy charcoal chicken..Advise to have it hot in the hotel to feel the taste to the core.

I understand my review may be controversial to some but it was just too salt for me!

they used to be good few years back but now very rude staff. taste has declined. recently they changed their raddish pickle to turnip pickle which tastes so bad. they are so small that they will fight with customers only to change for a salad. RIP customer service. go there when u r in mood of ruining ur day and get insulted. asian lady manager has top notch customer insulting skills.

Yes, I will drive half way across Sydney for this chicken, and will do it for as long as they haven’t franchised to my area. But the truth is the chicken is only part of the attraction, the star of the show is actually the toum, the garlic sauce. They have recently added the family pack to their menu and it’s good value. Also if you want a convenient fast hit of the full flavour sensation get one of the sandwich / wraps made up, but ask for them to use fresh chicken, they charge extra for it but it’s worth every cent.

garlic sauce is amazing, definitely recommend the whole chicken with extra garlic sauce and pickled vegetables. Service could be improved

Service not too good. I like freshly made food. Wish they could provide khubz and water with meals like other Lebanese restaurants.
