El Jannah Granville

I have been coming to this place since my uni days since 2010. El Jannah is still one of the best places for charcoal Chicken, however it's certainly lost somthing. Skewers are over cooked to the point where they are hard (They used to be beautiful soft and juicy before). Portion sizes are smaller. Smaller amounts of garlic sauce provided, I had to take some off my friend. Message for the owners: this place used to be better, now I feel like corners are being cut. If the opinion of customers matter; I'd rather be paying an extra few dollars for that quality I got back in the day.

I’ve been eating here for the past couple of years. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes it is not so good. I’ve had two cases of food poisoning (both this year) and multiple times in which the wrong order was given. I’ve give this place a chance, time and time again but I’m going to honestly say that I won’t be eating from here anymore. Save yourself the trouble and take your business down the street!!

The food item is special and delicious.

I went there after long time. The prices were increased, the food was good but I couldn't see any difference than before. Therefore I didn't understand the reason for increasing the price. However it is still fair price for good food.

They are providing really good customer service without waiting. I Love the food

The chicken is excellent and so is the Garlic sauce.However these guys do f@#k up the takeaway order often. Today is the second time they have given me Colesaw instead of Pickle. Do remember to check your order in store to avoid a disappointing experience.

I love this food and eat here often but was very disappointed today. I ordered food online to pick up at 12pm for the staff and was told on arrival that I had to wait for 15 minutes which was why I pre-ordeder to pick up in the first place. Not very impressive customer service. Several other people who arrived and ordered after me have been served already.

Busy place, but only minimal waiting time. Outside seating. Friendly staff. So far the best if the franchise I have been to.

Just the best charcoal chicken and garlic sauce not just in Sydney, but Western Sydney. If you are feeling a bit adventurous, try their deep fried chicken, just amazing!
