El Jannah Granville

Been wanting to go here for a while but it is always busy, I mean line out the door busy. Customer service friendly and good. Got the spicy chicken burger and lived up to expectations. Not sure why burger came in a box, and others had on a plate. Overall, recommended. Certainly a popular place.

El Jannah Granville is a little buzzing chicken shop near Granville station. Their chickens plate with a combo of freshly roasted chicken, pickles and garlic sauce is delicious! Make a it wrap for a flavour explosion in your mouth. Their service is quick and efficient. Will be back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! I rang the store due to dry over cooked burnt chicken & chips. I was told to bring it back for a refund. When I arrived the manager 'Alah' was so rude & did not seemed bothered or care at all about how disappointed we were in our experience. He basically said that he doesn’t believe in refunds?!? Although the food was brought back & he can clearly see how burnt & dry everything was. Disgusted at the service provided and lack of interest in trying to help the customer when they were in the wrong. Just shows when you are making that much money the customer care is no longer important! I will not be going back there again. Very disappointed. If managers act like this then how do they expect the employees to behave?? I basically do not trust this place and find that if you can’t act in good faith as a business then you dont deserve to have customers spending money there. Andrew the owner should be more present and get rid of managed like ' Alah ' that give the business a bad name!

Not like how it was back in the day before the franchises, a shame. Chicken's better at the Penrith store.

They give old cold chicken for takeaway! And they keep the hot fresh one for inside the shop customers! And if you ask him for giving you fresh hot chicken, the Man will be very rude.

Delicious food with good value! 2 whole chicken plus 2 garlic sauce for ~$30 Can be tricky to get parking outside El Jannah, try station/council parking. It was busy and crowded but they're efficient and friendly and waiting was not too long. There is option online order pick up - need to show driver license and credit card used for payment. Overall recommended :)

Always a number1 and will be number 1 when it comes to chicken and garlic sauce. Some people will always cry over little things and you can’t please everyone nowadays. Highly recommended. Give them a visit and try.

Can't fault this place, it is always busy and the floor is amazing. Fast customer service, great tasting food and their new Fried Chicken is great value and is more crispy than it's competitors. Definetly try El Jannahs out.

Great charcoal chicken; juicy and tender, love their garlic sauce! Good packaging. Always busy but worth the wait.
