lovely little coffee/ waffle shop in katoomba. the staff were really inviting and kind to me. hot chocolate was delicious and I LOVE the waffles the choc chip waffles were delicious some of the best i have ever had! definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

This is a tiny little cafe in Katoomba that is doing surprise things. Great services great coffee and build your own fresh Waffle Plates! delicious food and comfortable cafe, enjoy our girls talk.

Great staff and even better food - I ordered a chai latte and waffles and they were absolutely delicious. The newly hired staff were extremely friendly towards me and were happy to answer any of my questions. My table was clean and just the whole atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend this place!

We went here 2 days ago. First we were greeted by a 15% surcharge for a long weekend which I wouldn’t have a problem with if we were going to have good food. We ordered the plain waffles and coffee. First my coffee came out and the beans were burned. As we sat there waiting for our waffles, I noticed a plate of waffles going out to another customer outside who then returned them. Less than a minute later, the waffles came to our table. I asked if they were the same waffles that were sent outside, the waitress said they were. I kindly asked for some new ones and that we’d wait. It wasn’t long before the same plate was given to us. The waffles were cold and hard. We didn’t bother eating it and got up and left. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is horrible and not worth the money or the 15% surcharge.

Extremally not well trained staff. Very long waiting time. No recommend at all. I am afraid what if they will have more customers .... Good news they are hiring so maybe time to exchange the staff and create better service. Look at the cup, delicious marks of chocolate on my flat white coffee and taste ? Better don't try
