Good coffeein this cosy cafe.
Don't bother going here. 6 of us sat for over an hour. Food came at different times and every order was wrong. Had to remind them we were waiting for 3 dishes after the first 3 had already finished theirs. Last order only started cooking over an hour after sitting down after multiple reminders. Would be okay for a take away coffee assuming they got your order right... which they didn't... to multiple customers coming in around us who had to come back in and complain / get correct order.
I was really sad when I ate here this morning because I ordered a Mexican breakfast and I got a plate of hot beans and they didn't even drain my beans. It was really soggy and gross. 😔 I had to go get 2 hashbrowns after from somewhere else. 😔
Service was good. Food was pretty tasty given the cheap cost. Coffee was noticeably better than other places in town. Nice little hole in the wall! If I ever make it back I know where I’m going for brunch!
Dont trust the opening hours outside showing 5pm close. it was a busy Saturday afternoon and we ordered at 3:45pm assuming we had an hour to finish our meals. 2-3 minutes after being given our food we were all shouted at with a 5 minute closing warning (i assumed this was for new orders). Just after 4pm we were passive agressively told that they had closed 5 minutes ago. If youre going to deviate from your published closing time, please be nicer about it and give adequate forewarning. I gave an extra star because the food was fairly good.
Really bad service! Asked for fruit toast.. no we don’t have it. Ok do you have any toast? Yeah we do. Ok so peanut butter toast? Look I don’t actually know what we have. Very rude. Coffee was OK. Would not return.
Not fussed on the coffee as it was only just warm and yes I know coffee is not served hot hot anymore but this cup was just warm not a fan.
Great team of staff, really accommodating. Coffee was great!
It would be a great restaurant if it did the opposite of everything it’s currently doing
The only good thing about this place is that there's an exit.
