Tropicana Cafe

The wait staff were extremely pleasant given it was Easter Sunday. The food came out very quick and was delicious. All of the components were cooked to perfection and presented well on the plate. Highly recommended.

Generous serving and good coffee close to the beach

Terrible customer service and very basic meals. Staff did not mention that we had to order inside so we sat there for ten minutes with no staff reminding us to order inside or ask if we needed anything. Inside there were four waitresses mingling with one staff member doing all the work, staff making coffee questioned the waitress who seated us and she said that she did mention ordering inside when three customers did not hear this and we received no apology. Very overpriced and food was very simple, we also had the wrong drink order. Again no apology. Lived in Coogee all my life and have only eaten here twice but never again.

Now this place has some quality poached eggs. Really really good. Pretty solid flat white on almond milk too, i completely approve.

Campos coffee, how can you go wrong.

Worst breakfast ever!!!! How can you make a simple hash brown that bad??? I will never try this place!!! So disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Never tried such a bad breakfast in my life!

Cool place. Nice view. Nice food and drinks. But customer service could be better. I mean I'm not expecting jolly jumping people but I guess a level of positivity, good vibes, or a smile.

With recent changes due to covid, Tropicana Cafe now offers quite a reduced selection of food especially breakfast/brunch menu. Price increases don't equate to value for money for offerings. Great place to sit outside the morning sun.

There was average food there but the staff were really friendly Nothing to be hyped about.

This place is so bad . They charged 10% more on public holiday without telling customer . Until I asked them maybe you charged wrong money cos' my bill total only $31.5 .Howerver they charged $34.65 . Then , they said that it was 10% for public holiday . They should tell me early , I don't mind if I have to pay more for that. At least , they have to let customer know first . That is so so bad of customer service . Never come back here again .
