Apart from the clueless staff, this beachside bar has a great summer vibe. Beer list was disappointing but $10 cocktails between 9 and 10pm was a saving grace. Cudo's for having a live band, even though the only person who knew about it was the manager / owner.

Absolutely amazing! Was celebrating a birthday and was treated amazingly. Food was perfect - definitely recommend the honey dessert afterwards! What a great, elegant local spot - will visit again soon!

A great Cafe in Coogee - the staff are always so friendly and welcoming - they do get quiet busy so you may need to ring up and book a table in advance otherwise you may not get a table straight away! when it is busy the meals are still on the table at a reasonable time and the pricing isn't too bad either. wait until you see the desert fridge! - they have a bunch of amazing different cakes for you to dig into after a lovely meal.

It is quickly becoming my goto place for an early morning coffee and read of the paper. The staff are very friendly and right on top of things generally brining over a bottle of water and a glass while you wait for you coffee. I find they they are open well before the advertised 7:30 start, at least the coffee machine is up and going for the steady flow of people grabbing a takeaway. I have not really ordered any food there other than the Banana bread so I cannot comment on that.

I have been here so many times. I love the tasty paleo cakes, the silky coconut milk latte, and the super friendly staff. My fave meal so far was the avocado and feta on toast, but i love it all. Can't fault it.

Cracked tooth from the seed still in the Olive in my Greek salad. Worst Greek salad ever.... Contained Dill which very over powering! Celery??? To much spring onion. And no dressing, yet it was offered to me but not given. The large cubed tomatoes and cucumber were awkward to slice with the plastic knife provided. Tuna pasta on the other hand was delicious with sundried tomatoes. Fresh juices are great, yet can taste of ingredients you didn't order. Staff often ask if I'd like ice. To which I refuse. If they don't ask, I assume they won't fill my cup with it. But they do. So specify if you don't want ice! Keep your eye out for some market specials. They often have fruit on special which has always been quality. On a whole I love this place. But service varies depending on the day of the week. And if the new backpacker serving is in training...

Friendly staff and good food. This is a perfect spot to grab coffee or a smoothie after beach time. Well worth the visit.
The Coogee Pavilion is definitely the spot to come in summer. I came here on a Sunday (it only opened on Thursday) and it was absolutely pumping. Every table was full and there was a line of 20 people outside waiting. My friend emailed the day it opened as we were a group of 8 and she basically had to sign her life away to get the table but it was worth it. The cocktails ($16-18) are amazing, the cravado in particular is the ultimate summer drink made with mint, lychee, coconut water and vodka. We shared a few entrees and salads to start. The raw scollops and chicken salad were both stand outs. We then decided to share a few wood fired pizzas which were amazing. We ordered one of each of the desserts to share which was a smart choice as they were very rich but my pick out of all of them would have to have been the salted caramel custard pot. What else was great was the fact that Justin Hemmes was even there saying hi to customers, and making sure everything was going smoothly. He was even open to feedback. Bravo!
