Went to their Tuesday - All you can eat bonanza with 8 people which was a bit of a let down. Not worth the $69 price tag. It was average food for what you get, money would be best spent elsewhere, very small venue but the service was pretty good. Everyone agreed, unfortunately we would not return.

Had a nice meal here that unfortunately ended with very poor customer service. After enjoying the first three courses of the 'all you can eat' deal, we waited almost an hour for our plates to be cleared and were then told that the kitchen was closed and that we weren't able to get the dessert that was included in the deal. This wasn't great, but the waiter did his best to work something out for us before telling us that his manager wouldn't budge and there was nothing he could do. This is where I became very disappointed in the attitude of a staff member. The manager (Patrice) argued with us back and forth about how the kitchen was closed and he couldn't negotiate the bill, at one point claiming it was our fault that we hadn't let them know we were planning to have dessert (which, again, was included in the deal) and threatening to call the police when we said we wouldn't leave without a contact number for their head office so that we could make a complaint. Although I understand that sometimes matters like this are out of the hands of the employees, the manager never offered us any form of apology or resolution. All we got was blame pointed in different directions. It's a real shame that what would have been a nice night out with delicious food was marred by the manager's stubborness.

Worst milkshake I have ever tasted, poor quality of food, misleading social media, highly over priced, terrible service and quite possibly the worst resteraunt I have ever eaten at while also being one of the most expensive. Do not waste your time and money at this place.

Hands down some of the best (if not the best) American slow cooked BBQ in Victoria. Delicious wings, and brisket that melts - make sure to take home one or both of their delicious house branded sauces. It's quite a casual place that also delivers but the focus here is on absolutely delicious food. If you want to go off the beaten track they also do some Russian cuisine in the form of a delicious delicious chicken and potato salad.

Service is non existent. Walked in and seated ourselves, had to grab the menus for ourselves while the waiter was too busy polishing his cutleries. Nobody even acknowledged us or give us water at all. It’s only good to order food delivery, don’t bother coming in.

Was busy, which is usually a good sign. Staff were friendly, and meals were served in good time. Had a burger, which was great. Will definitely go back and try a few of the BBQ options.

We went as a group of 6 and got seated straight away the waiting staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. Good portions but amazing quality of meat. You can tell the chef enjoys cooking the food. Jacob

What a great place. The 'all you can eat' menu on Tuesday was sensational as was everything else! Definitely coming back!

Great food!! Nice burgers, and the staff are great! Something different to your usual burgers :)

I love this place! I've had the Classic Burger here, and it is definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had. I also tried the beer battered chips, the green salad and the Kipfler potatoes, which are really delicious sides. The meals came out quickly and the service was great. I highly recommend coming here if you're hungry and want a big, yummy meal, you'll be satisfied!
