178 Ferrars St 3205, Melbourne
Quaint little place with a warm, comfortable yet classy vibe. Great service from the staff. I just had their cheeseburger and spicy chips. Pattie and pickles were perfect, the chips are what periperi chips wish they could be. Highly recommended, I'll be coming back for the all you can eat soon.
Great Variety of dishes. Enjoyed the AMerican BBQ and Ribs cuisine.
Came here for Sunday brunch but didn’t have the best of experience here. Food is generally good, but one of the staff, short dark hair guy is rude. Found a fly in my coffee and informed the staff, didn’t look like he cares though the coffee was replaced, there wasn’t any apology. My 2 month old accidentally spilled some milk on the floor. As we were about to leave, the guy came up to us and sarcastically thank us for making a mess and now that he has to clean the floor because of us. I was stunned because that’s the last thing he should be saying to a customer. It’s a shame because the good food is being let down by this poor customer service of this particular staff.
Absolutely terrible, the staff were hopeless by not knowing which coffees were what and then gave us 4 cups but no water, we were sat down for about 30 minutes before someone came to take our order and once we ordered I asked to keep one menu to have a look at the smoothies for after my meal, he said No you can't. I accepted that and gave him the menu and obviously didn't end up ordering a drink. I then saw a big pile of unused menus at the counter. The food took over an hour from being ordered to actually come and the portion sizes were very small but saying that the food tasted good. It is extremely over priced for the service and experience you get! Super unprofessional and with such high standards of coffee shops around Melbourne this was a very very disappointing experience. Save your time and don't bother ever going to this cafe.
This was my first time here. The staff were very friendly. The place itself was very clean and inviting. Only downside was it was quite warm inside. Unsure if they have an aircon or not, but should definitely use it or look into purchasing a small one to make it a bit more comfortable when it’s hot outside. We booked in advance online so unsure what the wait times for a seat are like when they are busy. When we got in, it was quite busy however we didn’t have to wait long at all for our food and drinks. We waited about 5 minutes for our loaded fries and our burgers came out less than 10 minutes after that. Their food is amazing, however they are very large serves which I wasn’t expecting. We ordered a bit too much not knowing the sizes of the servings so will keep that in mind for next time. The milkshakes and loaded fries are absolutely to die for! The positioning of the cafe itself is great, just a little off the main strip so it’s not noisy and parking on a Saturday night was quite easy to find. All in all, had a pleasant experience here and will come back another time.
Lovely burger joint near Port Melbourne. Love visiting the cafe for lunches with my office team
Yum! Delicious food and tasty coffee. Visited for Sunday lunch and will be back for breakfast one day. Lovely staff and location too. 🍖🍖
Great American flavour bbq!
This is my favorite cafe in Melbourne. I came here several times already and had lots of opportunities to try different things in their menu. I can confidently say that everything is delicious but their hazelnut hot chocolate and blueberry pancakes are to die for. Service is great as well. Highly recommended.
One of the best burgers I have ever eaten! I had the Cheeseburger Royale and it was juicy and cheesy and just absolutely delicious! The portions were really generous and the atmosphere of the cafe is great. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
