I was so looking forward to eating here with all the good reviews but was so so so disappointed.... We ordered the bucket challenge $70 because it had a bit of everything so we could try all the favs of the restaurant. The order came out in sufficient time but the food was, well, awful. The pork ribs had been burnt to a crisp and were so so dry. We had to order a second bottle of water just to chew the pork and chicken. Unfortunately won't be parting with money here again.
I travel from Sydney for their ribs!!! Seriously, nobody here even comes close. Your succulent glaze is perfect, your ribs are meaty and your sides are just right. Prices are better than here too. Can't wait to try your burgers next. Keep up your great work.
service was ordinary, the waitress barely acknowledged us, food was good though, but expensive for what it is. overall wouldn't recommend.
Quality American BBQ food, the brisket burger was seriously good! Decent size servings and perfect Friday lunch spot. Don't be deceived by the unassuming façade which can easily be missed.
Huge portions but also the quality to go with it. The monthly challenges are amazing. Meat cooked perfectly.
Food is amazing! Its like comfort food on steroids. Me and my partner had the Dinosaur rib and chicken & waffles and it was awesome.
Delicious food, fast friendly service, and a really interesting menu of choices. It's a comfy, easy place to enjoy just a coffee and snack, or for a proper dinner that leaves you full! They take reservations and you can sit indoors or out. Would recommend, will be back.
Good coffee. Even better service.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty good, while there was some hits and misses with their food. We ordered the smokin mountain which is on their specials and we absolutely loved the beef ribs and waffle chips. The pork however was slightly dry and the candied bacon that wrapped around the pickles was quite bland and so hard to bite off and chew it was almost inedible. We took away a burger for a friend who couldn't make it to the dinner and he absolutely loved it. I reckon we would go back to try out their brunch or burgers in the future.
Ive worked Hospo for many years, so i get being under the pump on a busy night and making a few mistakes, im the first to be patient, as ive been in that position before. HOWEVER, the restaurant was half empty and they were well staffed, given those factors i was annoyed at the fact that we received terrible service, alot of food and drinks forgotten 2 cokes and a cocktail, and was not a slight sign of apologetics, or offer to fix tje issue. Multiple serves of Pork balls were frozen in the inside, and mac and cheese was cold, and really bland. Huge dossapointment considering the fact the food is so expensive, and the reviews were so great, 3rd wave has a huge overated hype, generated from its location and overly priced milkshakes. Wont be coming back
