The Dolar Shop

Really good hot pot with high quality meat. The broth is also really yummy. Got to get the prawn mince ball. Handmade noodle is soft in texture and flavourful to the tongue. Booking is recommended when coming to this shop as they fill up really quickly. Recently they have change their ordering system, where you use your phone to order your food and to look at the menu. The bill includes an ice cream. If it is your birthday they will give a gold plate instead of the white plate. Overall the experience in the dolar shop is pleasant and satisfying

The spicy soup was amazing! I took the medium and was just enough 'burn'. Good selection of meats and veg and great service. Complimentary soft serve at the end. Good value and experience.

This place is highly recommended. The service was great and they have the best quality meats compared to any other hotpots in sydney. Although it can get a little expensive but it was all worth it. Would highly recommend the truffle infused soup, was amazing.

My all time favourite hotpot restaurant! Been here multiple times and the service, food and environment is consistently perfect. great selection of condiments, green tea / vanilla ice cream that is included in the condiments bar tab (along with salads and fruits) isn't too sweet. and service is absolutely outstanding. they are helpful and heaps friendly. child friendly - high chair provided.

So good! Love the food. Brandon our waiter was so attentive and patient. Other staff were great too! Best service I’ve received. Hot pot broth was so delicious. And the soy sauce was somehow so so damn good ahah. Not a fan of the ice cream tho.

A very luxurious experience. The ambience and decor is top notch, matched with premium meat options, beautiful presentation of the food, and the most incredible service. They explain everything to you, and there seemed to be one waitress per every 3-4 tables which meant they were very attentive. The food was delicious, but very expensive for hotpot - we spent approx $175 between 2 people, and we were very full, but that's without ordering any of the premium Wagyu meats or seafoods. It's definitely not your average hotpot and if you are just after a good feed, you can definitely get it somewhere else much cheaper. Come here for the incredible service and experience!

One of my new favourite places for a good hotpot - setting and decor is alot like what you would find in a big hotpot store in China - of course fairly pricey for hotpot compared to other options around sydney - but ingredients feel alot fresher. We ordered live fish and beef platters which both tasted great with assortments of other items you would find in any other hotpot store. Personally i tried their signature broths (gold and silver) and prefer the silver - its a little on the peppery side - they also have the classics of schezuan, tomato, etc. Service is good and to be expected at this price range - just wish the menu was abit bigger with options as surprisingly it is missing quite abit for what you would expect. Overall great experience.

Cannot believe that the restaurant famoused by qualified service provide the worst experience ever. Never thought that they ask us to leave although we haven't finished dinner! Never ever come back! Charge 10% service fee because of Sunday is leagal? Smelled crab is disgusting. Destroy everything of my birthday.
