An awesome restaurant with an even better atmosphere. Great service and great staff. The tapas were delicious, especially the chicken ribs and the price for them isn’t too bad. The seafood paella was also very nice but the seafood could be a little fresher. The braised beef though was so good. It fell apart so easily and then melted in your mouth. Reasonably priced, maybe a touch high but still great food. Good portions sizes through all the dishes. Over all a great restaurant with great staff and food

We had a wonderful experience at Simply Spanish last Friday. Our waitress, Anna, was lovely, attentive and friendly. The chef not only prepared sumptuous food but also acquiesced to our dietary requests. The highlight of the evening was the seafood paella which was excellent. The bravas were simply lip-smacking and the chicken ribs were tasty. We fell in love with the white sauce that accompanied the bravas and the ribs. The sangria went down really well with the meal. Relaxed vibe of the restaurant was conducive to animated conversation. We shall certainly return.

An amazing place to satisfy your spanish cravings. Came here for a chill night with my partner and was greeted with incredibly friendly service. Ordered a croquette, a serving of bravas and enjoyed it with some sangria. Everything was excellent and can't wait to come back for more

What a little hidden gem. Great quality food. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Food was amazing ! The best sangria I’ve had in a long time. Dessert order one of everything and just share !! It was magic ! Food is fresh , the seafood paella was tasty ! Great quality thank you .

Entry is via Williams Street, not on Bourke Street. Seafood paellas was the best in town. I also like their squid ink fideua, love it. Great friendly welcoming staff.

Didn't have the award winning paella, but the meatballs are fantastic and the sauce is so creamy.

Amazing fresh tasty food! Incredible coffee, one of the best ever. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cramped seating. The food here is amazing and fresh. There are a few options to choose from for breakfast and while there aren't really any vegan options, they are happy to create a dish from a selection of items. And they tasted amazing and fresh. My companions really enjoyed their eggs and bacon and salmon dishes. The smashed avocado was really good too, an interactive smashing experience with fresh avocado and other ingredients. The coffee was really really well made. Truly the best almond milk latte I've ever had. The juices were really nice too. The atmosphere is warm and inviting but the seating was a bit uncomfortable and cramped inside. The food is very reasonably priced with generous serving sizes and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch and definitely for coffee. !

We had a work lunch here last week, two of us had paellas and two had other dishes and they were all amazing! Highly recommend. Service was awesome, food was delicious, all in a relaxed casual atmosphere.
