Amazing food and drinks! Make sure you have the chicken bao and the rolls! I just didn’t enjoy the waiting to order :/

Lunch visit with friends. Ordered more than I could eat. Excellent food as always, can't fault the food. Service was timely, but friendliness could be improved they know they are popular so don't really try to have exceptional service. I've had take out from here before as well for a large order(group) and they were really helpful and had all the food ready on time.

The atmosphere and view is beautiful. Staff were super friendly. The food was DELICIOUS! Pricing is very fair. Children friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant, will definitely be back!!

After being vegan for over 4 years, my husband ate chicken... We ordered takeaway from Rice Boi around 5pm and ordered from the vegan menu (obviously 👏), our vegan friends recommended it to us as they go there every week for date night. After an hour of waiting, my husband asks a staff member if he has been forgotten about (little did they know that his wife and baby were sat on the beach in the dark waiting, and without a phone 🤦🏽‍♀️), however the staff member rudely replies "if it's not here then it's not ready". Funnily enough, a few minutes after reaching out our food arrives! He gets back to the beach (in the meantime I've asked a stranger to call him and see if he's okay, I was playing "worst can scenarios" in my head 😅) and so we open the containers, and dig straight in... To chicken 😣🤮 so we decided to eat the rest of the food that was definitely flesh-free, pack up the beach tent in the (now) dark with a screaming toddler and drive to Rice Boi. I waited for ages at the takeaway stand for somebody to serve me, and eventually we were given a refund... Thanks, I guess.

Beautiful food, extremely fast to arrive. I literally ordered at the bar, sat down and felt like it was under 5 mins 🤣 Loved the area we sat in under lights and Chinese lanterns. Only problem was the wait outside to be seated... would have loved a beer or wine in hand 😉

Sunday night we got stuck out near the river with no heating while all the inside tables were warm. Very dark, we had to use our phones to read the menu. Meals came out over an hour apart and 2 never arrived. Terrible service and over priced for what it was. Have been before and enjoyed but this experience makes us question going back.

Amazing food, very helpful welcoming staff. Went out of their way to accommodate my wheel chair bound parents. Part yourselves on the back. Much appreciated

Favourite place to eat on the coast. Great vibe and amazing food - especially the katsu curry fries YUM! The line is long at peak times so expect to wait, but it moves pretty quickly and is worth it.

We had our anniversary party at Rice Boi upstairs on Saturday. It was great service and great food. The pineapple margaritas are awesome. Thanks to Alana andbrhe team for looking after us!
