Rice Boi

Crazy busy for good reason. Vegan menu is fabulous got the kung pow tofu hot sour sauce was perfect and tofu melts on the mouth. Fantastic sake and speedy service worth the short line up but also order takeaway if you can't wait. I literally ordered the (vegan) peanut satay bao to go. 11/10

Very nice & relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food. 5 spice rum & ginger beer went down a treat. Highly recommend.

I’ve come back twice and loving it.

We went down for the first time early in the week, mid afternoon with our dog and were welcomed by friendly staffer into the beer garden. No waiting. Ordered way too much. Service was so friendly and food came out quickly. Flavours were amazing. Eggplant crisps were incredible and unlike anything we had ever tried before, as was the 24 hour braised coconut beef. My partner was blown away by the my ramen. Even the humble french fries were delicious, as were the spring rolls (so different to what we usually have.) To our amazement, we got through it all and are going back to try different dishes but the eggplant crisps will always be a must. WOW.

Visited a couple of times now and both times I’ve been really impressed. There can be a bit of a wait since it’s so popular, but definitely worth it. Beautiful fresh, exciting food and lovely staff.

AMAZING food!!!! I was highly recommend Rice Boi and it did not disappoint! Really well priced for the high quality food they turned out. Already want to go back! P.a don’t be turned off by the line - we waited about half an hour and it was soooo worth it!

Good quality food and a buzzing atmosphere. The spring rolls are great. I feel most dishes are a bit over flavoured but probably more aimed at sharing. I'd say go at lunch on a quieter day so you don't have to wait in line as they don't take bookings (unless that's changed).

Best food we had in Mooloolaba. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated at 12pm on a Saturday. They have a good system going where the food is made constantly so it is ready very quickly and the wait staff are ready to bring it straight to your table so it's fresh. Everything was very flavoursome and satisfying. I only wish I had a bigger stomach to fit more in.
