123 Parkyn Parade The Wharf 4557, Mooloolaba
Waited about 30 mins on a Saturday night for a table, line looks long but moves pretty quickly. The plants and lanterns gives it a relaxed funky vibe. Food was excellent, I especially loved the braised beef and eggplant chips. The duck salad was fresh and cut through the heavier food.
There's a reason this place has a line out the front(that does move quickly). The staff are on the ball, the food comes out quickly, the place has character & the food is the best part! They have a system & it works. Best edemame & chicken bao I've ever had. The pictures speak louder than my words.
But I bet everyone gives this place 5 stars. Absolutely lovely. Great friendly staff and beautiful well priced food.
Highly recommend PORK BAO and STICKY CHAR SUI PORK, it was so nice! Char sui pork we wrap ingredients to the duck fat pancakes, everything just combined together and tasty! Ramen was just ok (the bamboo is hard to bite, the broth is just fine.) Bubble tea was ok, however not highly recommended. We didn’t wait too long to have our food, the staff who serviced our table was nice, but the staff at the counter wasn’t good, when I ordered my foods, she doesn’t respond at all, not friendly.
This place is a must to visit. Please dont walk past this place because of the line up out front. The line up is for good reason. Absolutely fabulous experience all round.
Great spot. Divine food, efficient service and good selection of beer. Well worth the wait in the queue, it went fairly quickly. There is a queue for a reason. Thoroughly recommend!
The food was delicious, however the wait for our table was quite long and the outside seating wasn't overly comfortable. The pricing is fairly reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. I would highly recommend the satay chicken and spiked bubble tea.
Man this place is busy but well worth the line up! Rad interior with Asain inspired vibes. Everything on the menu sounds so good it was a difficult choice on what to order. The coconut beef curry, katsu and fried chicken were out picks. Katsu curry fries were delicious, proper katsu gravy sauce and fresh sliced ginger on top. The seasoning was delicious although a little less wouldn't hurt as it was quite salty. The fried chicken was super tender and juicey. The batter wasnt too thick or oily, just enough to give at a good crunch and tasted great with their dipping sauce. The coconut beef curry was the star of the show, super intense curry flavours. Lots of textures with all the extras on top, seriously moreish.
Amazing food and environment, food came pretty quick and looking to go back already
Bit of a wait but well worth it. So much to choose from all looked delish. Mine was amazing and well.priced.
