The food there are amazing! Price also reasonable. My fav restaurant in Burwood. Homemade Tofu with fin and sea cucumber sauce is must try dish! Most of the time this restaurant is always busy. Try to avoid the peak hour to enjoy your food.

First time coming here I had to wait in a line. Queue was long and when I got inside the restaurant I took a seat and ordered a fried chicken with passionfruit sauce was pretty good. Only downside and I think its only this restaurant I've come across has rude and aggressive waitresses that put pressure on you to finish your meal as quick as possible and asking if you've finished yet so they could make room for other customers. Food is good but I won't come back here again.

When I was a child my grandfather would take me to a Chinese restaurant called Kwok Do. Little did I know that this would be the exact same restaurant nearly 20 years later. Now turned into a vibrant avant garde Chinese restaurant of the Mr Stone variety. The long lines outside testify to the frenetic funkiness of the place and the dishes are bold and beautiful. The udon noodle dish impressed us the least but the seafood fried rice was terrific.

One of the best fusion Chinese restaurant. Decent price. Take cautions that they only let you go in when your group of people are all here. They serve food really fast. Must try their fried eggplant!

This is an interesting restaurant. There frequently are huge queues to get in and It is highly regarded. I have been twice and have had take away once. It is not my cup of tea. I was there to dine in for the second time last night, we had a signature dish of Garlic prawns with black (squid ink) rice, pepper beef ribs, and snow pea sprouts. I could not understand any of the dishes, the prawn garlic and squid ink: This is not a combination that i would every put together, It would, in my opinion, been vastly improved with plain rice. The beef ribs with pepper sauce were hard to eat, other times i have ordered ribs in a steak house the meat falls off the bone. Here, and this is the second time they have been ordered, the meat was tough, and took a while to chew. The snow pea sprouts were chewy and took a long time to chew as well. The issue is the lines are always long, so I fear I am in the minority in my view. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants in Burwood, and I will not have to attend this one again.

Nice place and good food, recommended

The food was as advertised, a solid 10/10. I absolutely cannot fault them for quality. I understand at most Asian restaurants, you cannot expect 10/10 service. Even understanding this, I was still very disappointed. The staff had 1) Moved our party of 8 to a table of 6 2) Forgotten one of our dishes (came 45 minutes late) 3) I would’ve empathised and forgiven 1 and 2 but they then had the audacity to rush us to finish food and start clearing our table half way through us still eating. We spent 45 minutes waiting for food and given about 15 minutes to eat it. I understand it’s busy for you but surely too could’ve spared another 15 minutes for us to enjoy our food (even that’s already short) ?

Very nice but very busy! Make sure you have all guest there as you won't be served until everyone is there. Pick your food before you go in as they are always busy. Very yummy 😋

Long waiting times but worth a try - foods are full of flavours and at affordable prices. Super loud in the restaurant though.

Great food! Good for groups of 3+ to share dishes.
