Oh I wish we had more people with us to try more dishes! Chicken stuffed schnitzel and baked pumpkin, sensational, we sat at the bar and enjoyed the entertainment of the working kitchen! It was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations. A well oiled machine, highly recommend!

Amazing!!! Shocking to have so much cauliflower at one go but boy was it tasty! And that Bag of Beans, who knew something so simple could turn out so great! Bag of meat, to die for. The squids, if only there was more!! While I'd admit it's a little pricier than I'd expect to pay, it is up there on the list of good foods. And it's popular, and set in the bustling scene of Hardware Lane, I can excuse. Well done!

Over priced for something so simple. Pita was good but the golden bag of meat was terrible. Fried brisket and onions for $25 tasted like old left over meat with super greasy onions. There’s no way the one hat was legit.

I really enjoy my time at Miznon, from the livelihood brought by the staff, to the food they offer. One slight setback for me was that if you dine in at night, you cant order their pitas, as those are takeaway only. I was a bit disappointed for that, because I wouldve loved to try them as a main on site since I dont always come to the city. Staff are very enthusiastic, and we got the best seat in the house as it was right in front of the kitchen. Super lively. You watch the food get made in front of you (bonus) and everything honestly looks amazing. They put a lot of effort and heart into cooking, and have fun at the same time! It was my birthday celebration and the staff started singing. It was great. Food was very fresh. We ordered a bit of everything, from seafood to meat to veggies, and all were well balanced, seasoned, and texturally good. You start off with a complimentary plate of pita with dip, which made me order more pita because it was so soft and I love carbs! Cauliflower 5/5 - so simple as its just roasted, but roasted to perfection! Such a simple dish, but perfectly seasoned (with just a hint of salt) and the florets were soft yet not mushy. Perfect and while it seems pricey (which it is for a cauliflower) it is definitely worth every penny! Roast Lamb 4/5 - another well seasoned plate of food. Thinly sliced lamb seasoned as you would for a beautiful middle eastern flavour profile. Refreshing with the tomato. Overall enjoyable dish. Fresh Port Philip Calamari 5/5 - beautiful dish. perfectly cooked calamari, seasoned lightly with salt. Yogurt sauce paired nicely to provide a freshness with the butter. Very delightful and not heavy. Overall really did enjoy my stay here. Wish I was able to try their pita (sandwiches) as those look very loaded, but didnt want to order one takeaway.

Great tasting food, but portions are a bit small given the price.

Amazing Israeli restaurant with the most delicious pita pockets. Their signature cauliflower flower is a must try. It's important to remember this place gets busy during peak hours and it is common to wait for 10 to 15minutes to get a table for walk-ins.

Went for a set menu on NYE.. food was okay, very average. But the menu made no sense at all? Our cocktail was grapefruit and aniseed based, it was quite nice. But when I went for ordering more cocktails, they were all citrus based - lime and orange in each cocktail. The rest of the set menu had a fennel salad as a course which was basically just dry fennel.. our cocktail as I mentioned had aniseed in it. The flavours of both were too overpowering and very similar. Food lacked seasoning and the same sour cream/tahini that was served in the first course was drizzled on a couple of dishes after that. The same green chilli garnish was used in most of the dishes. The braised leek was flavourless and the lamb ragout was ... Not very nice :( the octopus bruschetta was quite nice and so was the pita. I had high expectations from the place but food was very very very disappointing . Dessert - not a nice tiramisu.. the rest was okay.

Really nice food, Tel-Aviv street food style. Very interesting unique menu. The schnitzel with mashed potatoes in it was delicious!

Food is creative and really really good. I love the swordfish and baby cauliflower flower. They also have bread and dips and with just those my taste buds already started dancing!

In 2011, The first Miznon opened in Tel Aviv, subsequently expanding to Paris, Vienna, Melbourne and NYC. We are using fresh and seasonally inspired ingredients to create a new kind of Mediterranean street food. Our vision is to take the flavor of each city and translate it into pita. To take the energies, the groove, the longings, the limitations, the beauty and the food and express it all in one pita.
