Such wonderful night at Maybe Sammy, the number one bar at Australia! The bartender Wen gave us amazing experience, special cocktails customized for us. We had 7 kinds of cocktails, truffle cheese toastie and oysters all so tasty. Definitely will come back!!

Nearly an hour to get our first drink. Yes it was a busy Saturday night but we didn't have to queue long and had a table outside. It then took about 10 minutes to be given menus (a QR code on a vinyl record (surely this isn't cool anymore?!) which just means everyone has to get their phones out and ignore each other whilst we chose drinks). We were told that there were $2 oysters on offer and we order a dozen straight away before we ordered drinks. It then took a further 15 minutes for the waiter/front of house to come back and take our order but didn't bring the oysters. It was then another 25 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The oysters arrived 10 minutes after that. (We asked why it took so long and were told the kitchen is extremely small and were struggling to keep up - not a great look.) I fully appreciate that cocktails take time however we are well seasoned visitors to cocktail bars in Sydney and we've never had to wait this long and be so ignored - we also ordered really straightforward drinks that didn't require much prep. Our table was directly in view of the front of house who's main job just appeared to be looking pretty and smiling at people without actually doing anything valuable. From a business perspective if they'd served us faster we could have had two rounds but we were so over it after the first round we left. $28 for a martini, really not worth it. Won't be coming back.

Amazing the guys are really professional at what they do and deliver. Service + cocktails were up there with some of the best bars around the world. Can’t wait to go back. 🍹

Wen was super friendly and funny! Loved his vibes - service was sensational. The bubble cocktail was surprisingly yummy and loved the happy hour cocktails too. Interior design gave me old school jazz/NYC vibes. Would recommend!

Hands down best bar in Sydney! Our favourite bar in town. The cocktails are delicious, creative and fun. The brand new 2021 menu is banging! Always excellent service and shout outs to Stefano, Andrea, Alex and Sarah. Grazie!

Really nice cocktail bar. Was okay sitting outside as the music was way too loud inside making it really difficult for conversation. Cocktails are so much fun. We loved the Candy Man (with white choc lollipop) and el o eleven and also the bang bang! Service was attentive. Edit. Been back and inside was just as fun (music is loud) and great vibes.

This is our new favourite bar in Sydney. This gorgeous bar exhales with sophistication and class. Staff that are highly knowledgeable as they have curated a selection of spirits that’s proof that it’s someone who really knows their craft. The theatre that is provided either at the bar or in the drink itself is always something to make one smile. And after being here 3 consecutive days in a row (yes we lived it that much) the mini martini’s are Devine. I’m also in love with some of the glassware which my picks don’t show off as best as they could. Thanks to the staff for their exceptional service, we are already planning our next weeks visits. Oh the oyster are incredible too!!

This is definitely the best cocktail bar in the City. Fantastic drinks and whole atmosphere was absolutely perfect. Recommended!!

Loved the atmosphere and the attentive wait staff it really was an experience! However the cocktails were not very tasty! More like rocket fuel!

Top Bar in Sydney...I don't think so! Waiting 40 mins in line for cocktails that tasted like petrol. Over crowded and very little atmosphere. There are far better bars in Sydney.
