LuMi Dining

Just incredible. This is a 3-hat establishment in my view. Good food guide has not done this place justice. Every course has a perfect balance of flavours and had me asking "how did they make this?" and "what is this flavour?" Even dessert is packed full of pleasant surprises. We went for the premium wine pairing and was introduced to some amazing Japanese wines that we love and will stock up on. Venue was a bit noisy but we cannot fault the service. And of course, love the location and the view. We will be back!

What a great night out from start to finish. The staff were not only friendly but really knowledgeable about the food and wine they were serving. The wine pairing was just divine, such a great way to experience wine that you might not otherwise try - highly recommend you do this at least once in your life. I look forward to returning.

Best fine dining experience in an intimate and comfortable setting ever. We had gone for the Premium Degustation option with premium wine matching - was worth ever second and every penny. The service was incredible - friendly staff, on point, knowledgable, casual and informal which was the best. We had 14 dishes which were phenomenal: every dish was very detailed, unique and rich in flavour. The timings between each dish was fantastic well planned and coordinated as well. The matching wines were delicious and carefully considered. I would say that this restaurant deserves 3 hats instead of only 2. I would 100% want to come back.

Had a long lunch here to celebrate a friends birthday... every aspect of our dining experience here was phenomenal! Beyond the food and matching wines (which were both up there with the best I've had), the staff made the afternoon so great as well. Our Sommelier, wait staff, barman and the kitchen staff worked so hard but made it seem effortless.. definitely my new favourite place.

Came here around early September, had the most amazing lunch here. Would definitely recommend! Just got surprised I got charged $7 per person for water. The premium menu is definitely worth it.

No But you can't experience value for many from fine dining establishments The experience Well, all the courses were decent. But the majority of the dishes lacked "uniqueness" and "creativity". Most were something I came across in the past in one form or another. I have rather mixed opinion on the plating- some were really well presented, while some were quite dull. No dishes were artistically presented Wine The wine menu was decent but came with a heafty 300%+ mark up for the most part. Go with the Italian sparkling options - some of the bottles are hard to find! And good value :)

An absolute delight! This is a must-try for every foodie in Sydney. I've been blessed to go a few times with my partner and we've never been let down. The food is always delightful, we never leave disappointed. Only downside (through no fault of Lumi) is that there is no free parking and the location is not good for ladies who wear heels. Unfortunately it is based on a wharf so if your partner isn't very careful with how she walks, she will break or damage an expensive pair of heels!
