Delicious cheap meal. Broth is thick, but can be diluted too your taste.
The best value ramen I've had in Sydney - rich, thick tonkotsu broth without being oily, bamboo shoots, succulent melt-in-your mouth pork belly chashu and free condiments! All this for $14.50
Overall a good ramen stop if you like extra thick broth. When its crowded it'll be hard to find a seat also if youre single, best try to go before peak hours xD
Not sure if I liked the ramen~ yes indeed it's tonkatsu thick broth, cash only. Quite filling as the thick broth soup and thick noodle. Most likely one off vidit
I mean come on, does Gumshara really need reviews? Just look at this bowl. If you haven't had Gumshara, they incorporate the thicker Tonkotsu style, like what Musoshin from Kyoto, Japan is famous for. Gumshara is without a doubt.. One of the top Ramen bars in Australia.
WOW!!! The thick broth is similar to the one I've tried in Japan. Definitely recommend this Ramen place!!!!!
I'm giving 5 stars because the consistency of their pork rib ramen never fails! Although, always ask them to make it less salty. It's really addictive.
Ramen broth had a nice consistency and was quite flavourful. The pork was perfectly cooked and was very moist.
What a hidden gem! One of the best tonkotsu Ramen in Sydney!
Cannot understand why somebody would give this place a bad review because they think the soup is too thick, it is literally what they specialise in. If you don't like thick soup, get the thinner option. This is not the best ramen I have ever had but it is the most unique and very good. The soup is the star of the show, I have not found anything like it in four countries including Japan. It is like wallpaper paste but in a good way. It coats your insides as you drink it, it is a strange feeling. The noodles are fresh and chewy and the egg and sliced pork are cooked beautifully. I wanted to love it, but the pork rib is a bit chewy and dry and I always have to find a knife to take apart. I am so glad they survived the covid shutdowns.
