Decent place, the portions are bigger than expected, hand pulled noodles are a must try

The hotpot was so good. Excellent service! Overall much better experience here than the one in the city on Londsdale St.

The guy behind the counter don’t know how to use the eftpos, terrible staff training. Food is sub-par considering the price they are charging

Good hotpot place but pricey. Can't go too often.

Delicious hot-pot restaurant, where you will feel spoiled as you can get your own little pot to cook your food in. Be prepared for a little wait for tables on weekends as they get very busy. A little on the expensive side but worth the experience!

The food is tasty, the environment is good, and the service is nice. BUT, very expensive. Hot pot for two can easily go to $100. Besides, maybe it's only me, I didn't feel good in my stomach every time after I eat in this place.

Great food and nice venue. A bit pricy for what it is.

Two-time visitors to this excellent hot-pot restaurant in Box Hill - great service (we had the same waitress as from our first visit, and she remembered every little nuance of our ordering habits), but just know that the place gets packed (with Asians) - food comes out generally pretty quickly, and the selection of soup bases is good - self-serve sauces, like Beijing sesame sauce, and even ... MSG! Average prices and everyone gets their own little saucepan to cook their food in - the kids in our party loved it (no chance they can burn themselves on the convection heaters) - definitely recommend - gets very busy on the weekend.

Best restaurant chain in Melbourne to have hot pot. Very tasty soups and fresh ingredients. This place is always packed so make sure to book or line up early.

Food is always absolutely delicious and you get served really quickly which is expected but once you've got your food you never see the wait staff again! Will definitely be back again though!
