I couldn't feel my tounge after eating there, bit it was worth it, my mum was quite happy I wasn't talking 🤣😂🤣. Table service could have been a bit better but the food made up for it

Great hot pot. Best I have had in Australia. Not cheap but high quality.

pricy food with very poor customer service especially the guy at the front that checks the appointments when people walk in . He had horrible rude attitude when I tried to confirm my booking with him. Won't recommend this place or go back at all because of those rude attitudes.

A little pricey but amazingly fresh food. Some waiters have trouble understanding English. Bookings essential! Get ready for the heat!

Been here several times Always get what we expect, always good food and good service Is sometimes hard to get a table however I take the fact that such a big place is so busy to mean that it is a good place

The doorman was a joke. We waited ages for a booked table upon arrival which is ok however the doorman was far too rude. We were vegan and wanted plain water with minor favour. Told the waiter in mandarin and if it was talking to aliens. Out comes our pot which we later find out its full of meat broth. Highly don't recommend this restaurant if you are vegan. Price per dish is also overpriced dramatically and it worked out $50 a person. Watch out for this scam place.
