Always a pleasure coming here! The staff are so friendly, and the food is authentic, delicious and a fantastic experience every single time! We were seated right away, great drink selection and its so hard to choose what to order food wise! (As everything is SO good). Chat Thai is definitely one of the best Thai eateries out there if you want an authentic experience. I've always had such a fun time here, the vibe is warm and friendly and it's always such a pleasure to come back!

Great Thai place within Thai town; really good food, however, bit on the pricey side. Would recommend pineapple fried rice substituting the prawn with crispy pork. Do not recommend the red duck curry; the duck was a bit tough / over cooked.

Generally, this is a cozy place which is an ideal for family dinner. The dessert is great, I like the Chinese donut dip in the pandan sauce. However, some plates are tiny food. Price is a bit high.

Food I had here was deliciously not-westernised but the hostess didn’t do themselves any favours by sitting me at a dirty table, then after she cleaned with a used rag and the table wasn’t that clean so used my handy sanitizer to bring it to standard.. but the food tasted damn well.

Visited again after 3 years! Still jam packed but worth the wait. Food is great and not that spicy which suit us (My mum can’t take too spicy)

The food is extremely delicious. Everything I ordered was full of flavour. I feel like some of the food were kind of overpriced as three spring rolls was like 13 dollars?? But overall, the experience would be 5 star but the pricing? Maybe not. Try this place with your family and friends to experience great Thai food.

Amazing food. Absolutely full of flavour and very reasonable prices as well. My partner compared the food here to the food she ate on holiday in Thailand, which is very rare. All the food had good and authentic flavour profiles, nothing was oily, over cooked or out of place. I had a pork dish that was sweet and spicy and it blended together extremely well. I hope to come back soon, there was a bit of a wait but it was so worth it and I could see why there was a queue here and not other places. I hope to come back soon and try more items off of the menu.

Very busy on a Saturday night, but didn’t have to wait too long. The food was decently priced and the portions were quite generous. The beef massman curry was a standout - rich in flavour and cooked to perfection.

Located right across the road from the Capitol Theatre. A great place for a casual and tasty meal. Service was quick. Food very tasty. Definitely recommend.
