If I could give no stars I would. The service was appalling and the food was raw and therefore in edible, even though they wished to charge us for it.
When we first arrived they had to move our tables together as they were not prepared for our booking. And whilst we were getting seated one of the waiters turned to the other wait and said “seat them on your own tables” (in other words I don’t want to serve them). It then took us 40 minutes to get our drinks and there was a back and forth on what they were out of and what they had. Everything we order the first time they didn’t have them then when we left there were bottles on the top of the bar that of exact wine we wanted in the beginning...
They gave us the wrong wine and tried to brush it off as a different vintage (I work in hospitality, I know my wine).
We ordered 5 of the yassas set menu ($79pp). The food came out too quickly and we had to asked them to put a hold on more food coming to the table. The mains came out and the prawns were mushy and inedible. The skewers and the fish were both undercooked (photos attached). When we decided we had had enough of the shocking service and distrusting food we decided to talk to the manager. No one offered to come look at the food (not the server, not the manager and not the chef) however the only offer was a discount on the whole meal. No, all we wanted was to leave without a fuss. Instead we were told to sit down and they’d call head office. No one came to look at our food and at that point we decided we were done waiting and stood out the front till the manager had finish his phone call to head office. At this point they let us leave, and there wasn’t as much as an apology. Also, the severs were not wear their mask properly (the nose goes inside the mask just FYI)
