There was a problem with the new money dispensers and did not get my change when the manager was called he said to my husband angrily that there was nothing he could do. The manager did not have any customer service to help I will not return to this store again

Supermarket in a convenient location right next to the station. Because of the limited space, it’s smaller than non-metro Woolworths but will still stock enough variety to satisfy most people from those buying a snack or two to weekly grocery shoppers. There is a cafe and seats and tables inside.

Location is good however products sold are only the essentials. They don't have meat or much frozen foods sold here. I think this should be called Woolworths metro instead to avoid confusion. Hopefully they can open a major large store in Chatswood. The location is excellent

Conveniently located across from the train station. Has your staples. Fruit and vegies are fresh.

I was so impressed with my experience yesterday. As I walked in, there was an automatic hand sanitiser waiting for me to use, and then the staff handed me a sanitiser wiped basket. I did not get this experience at Coles at all. The Woolworths online shopping, delivery and refund processes are also way superior than Coles. Well done Woolworths!

This is one of the smaller Woollies, so don't expect it to have everything. It doesn't. But you can get off the train and buy stuff for dinner pretty quickly; it's very convenient, and it does carry a lot of the weekly specials. Plus they have a cafe where you can sit down and recover for a few minutes if your legs are tired from standing on public transport. :-)

Ideally situation at Chatswood Station & Bus Terminal. with everything you need for everyday use & a quick meal. The supermarket is ideal located for your convenience. The staff are well trained and helpful. When you are in a hurry here is your shopping experience.
