What time does WW close in xmas eve?

WW website says for Chatswood Interchange open 6am till 11pm Tuesday, closed Wednesday.

Woolworths are opened. Just went there.

I purchased a few items from Woolworths at Chatswood today at 11.57am. I later noticed that I was charged an item which I had not purchased. This item was a Scotch Brite Sponge for $4.29. I was charged total of $15.99. How can I get a refund?
