I purchased a few items from Woolworths at Chatswood today at 11.57am. I later noticed that I was charged an item which I had not purchased. This item was a Scotch Brite Sponge for $4.29. I was charged total of $15.99. How can I get a refund?

I go there a lot. They should have never have redesigned the store. I don’t know what they were thinking. Was so much better with more products before. They have even done away with my favourite cheese ie Havarti except for a terrible Australian brand which tastes terrible. They used to sell a better selection of electricals. Now it’s pretty sparse.

This is a medium-sized store that's located conveniently close to the Chatswood Interchange. Very handy to pick up groceries after arriving by train. Directly across from the train station exit, there is an escalator that leads up to the Woolworths entrance. I usually use a Woolworth's eGift card to purchase goods. Sometimes you can buy these eGift cards at a discounted price. If you are a NSW Seniors Card holder then you can buy the eGift cards at a 5% discount.

Horrible staff service, first the cashier, then the staff whose name is "Bhaumik" time : around 9am 30/12 /2021 Location: Chatswood Woolworths I went to the shop to ask for refund of the product I bought yesterday because the food was placed in spot of the sales price tag which confused me I though it is on sale but it's full price. But the cashier said can't do refund because it is frozen food. Then I said, I understand, are there any solution, such as I could get it with the price on sale not the full price. Then the Cashier went to check with the other staff.....But all of their answers are NO, I tried to explain to them what exactly happened when I bought yesterday. Then there was a staff called " Bhaumik" came out and said with a very bad attitude and impatient, didn't bother to listen to me to finish my explanation. just replay " No, No, can't do it , can't do it" with arrogant voice. And said I can complain to the manager. I said you are so rude and bad attitude, then he said : You have no right to point out my attitude is bad....." Finally he said " I work for the company( woolworths) NOT YOU " then walked away. There are no ONLY woolworths this supermarket, I will never be back to this store! Terrible experience. By the way, I don't want to give even a star rating, but if I don't give, the message couldn't be posted

Entered the store with a small and well mannered dog and was asked to leave, which is acceptable. What is not acceptable is the male shop assistant advising I 'put on my sunglasses and pretend to be blind' as he gestured his arms forward in a zombie like manner suggesting he was feeling for something because he could not see. You couldn't make that up!

Good luck finding the shopping baskets - they've been moved away from the entrance and replaced with some Christmas promotion. Apparently the direction has come from the store manager...

Pretty average, prices are like 30% + higher overall. I get it, it’s a metro store. I’ll just go to Coles instead πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

Young guys/girls utter casualness as if they are talking to their mates instead of customers. Change of Management is imperative; to raise awareness of professionalism unless they want school kids to be their customers only.
