Urban Pizza Bar

So 5 stars from me for customer service. My father is in ICU and these guys delivered the pizza to RPA Hospital and had great customer service. (Turned into a little more than a standard delivery). Other shops did not offer this level of customer service. My father has insisted on us both going to the shop to say Thank you. Dad's review of the pizza was outstanding. "Fresh , still warm to mind you" " but it just delicious" was his exact words. So thank you for making this that little bit better for my Father, you guys really made his night. Used to order pizzas here a few years ago, unfortunately their pizza base is no longer light & fluffy (how they used to make it) which used to set this pizza joint apart from the others, it is now thin & not light at all. Toppings are still good portioned. Just bring back the old pizza bases!!

Great local pizza store, must try the wayward chicken pizza. Always great communication and fast delivery!

Amazing variety of tasty pizzas compared to the usual boring pizza places. Convenient location and fast service. Unfortunately, very slow delivery.

The pizza here is ok. I felt like there was hardly any pizza sauce on the base and it was a little dry.

First time ordering last night. Our household has boycotted UberEats for various reasons so we ordered straight from the store. The pizza was delicious, the prices are apt, the delivery was extremely prompt (so the pizza was still hot!) and the driver was lovely. Theres also a loyalty reward system. We will be coming back here every time for pizza :)

These guys are consistently late when delivering. This is the final time I will be ordering with them after once again being quoted 50 mins for delivery and still waiting after 90 minutes! Terrible customer service! The pizza quality has dropped significantly also.

Amazing pizzas, the best pizza shop locally in Camperdown !!! Keep up the good work guys. I particularly love the Paddington with Pesto Aioli sauce. So much ingredients in the meat lovers. Value for money and tastes amazing !!!!

Without question the most consistent pizza place I've come across! Customer service is phenomenal, pizzas are presented well, delivered fast, hot, and always have a generous amount of toppings. Whenever I get off the phone to them I'm shocked at how efficient they are! Order directly to save on 3rd party costs...

Pizza is delicious and I received a free can of drink for my wait which wasnt long at all.
