The love has gone. The food needs a rethink.

LOVVEEE! The coffee was amazing and so was the food, all handmade. Great atmosphere, very relaxed.

I visit here semi-frequently for coffee or a snack & have always found the food, coffee & customer service to be of great quality. Home made waffles, locally sourced coffee & a plethora of tea choices. They easily cater for meat eaters, vegetarians & vegans. Definitely worth a visit.

This was a terrific little cafe located on the main street. Great coffee and eggs for breakfast.

Although the coffee was decent & prices were relatively cheap the food has a homely feel to it. Soup portion was a bit small and not a fan of regular sliced sandwich bread. Waffles were also more heavy like pancakes instead of the light & crispy textures you would normally get. Tables could also be cleared and given a wipe down instead of leaving the previous customer’s crumbs/honey on the table. Response to owners: this is a mere review on my experience here as a customer & was providing feedback. I never said the soup was bad, it had a homely style feel to it & I haven’t eaten supermarket waffle mix. Maybe you can give people the option of different types of breads/sizes and maybe just be a bit more mindful if tables need to be cleared. Take on the feedback and stop being defensive. There is no need for such negative responses to a customer.

Worst service ever. The woman at the counter was full of useless attitude. The food was decent but highly tainted by the long wait and again the poor and pathetic service. Also, they refused to hand us mayo for our food although the chef in the kitchen had.

We went for an early breakfast at 07:30 in the morning and ordered a coffee and two bacon and egg rolls. We received two cups for water, but both the cups had bits of tealeaves (or something else) on both of them .As we sat down, we were beset by flies- until one just dropped dead on our table . Food and coffee was fine but hygiene is another matter .

After a horrid meal at Katoomba St Cafe, we needed a pick-me-up. My partner and I shared a honey, strawberry and cinnamon waffle, and it was honestly the best waffle we we ever had! So soft and fluffy! The honey seemed local and was very refreshing. The vibe and customer service was very chill and welcoming. Definitely what we needed, and we plan to go back regularly.

Delightful coffee, I had a latte. The wraps are good, but the waffles! The waffles are out of this world delicious. I’m a tea aficionado and I was happy with the tea selection.
