O.M.G the killer steak .. with sidings and fair price

Great value for money!

Used to be great but must have new cooks who oversalt the dishes, still a good place but I wish the chefs wouldnt add salt, let people add it themselves, Im thirsty for hours after. we used to go once a fortnight but now we go every few months.

10 dollar steak is the main attraction hands down. This cook your own steak would be as rare or well done as you like. With choices of hot and cold sides, every plate would be absolutely delicious and filling.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one today. Some of the meat was green..and the salad wasnt really what I call salad. No tomato or cucumber....just some greenery and a bit of carrot.. Prices are fine and its good that you can cook your own , but they need to change the signage as there are conflicting prices. Lovely young girl behind the bar.

Years ago this place offered $5 cook your own rump steak. It is now $11 still excellent value!

It’s unfortunate that I have to give this a 1 star rating as I’ve been coming here for years with no issues what so ever. The food is good and for the most part the service is good. Except for the rude old bar tender who refused to give me and my group of friends an empty jug so I could fill it up with tap water. I asked him multiple times if I could simple have one of the many empty jugs that they had available just to save us the hassle of filling up cups individually from the tap. He rudely replied that he has no jugs with water in them and that they only fill the jugs with soft drink. Very disappointing and very cranky man don’t know if I’ll be coming back.

$10 cook your own steaks - mash potato has been the best added item to the menu and is always consistently great! Usually busy but they do try their best to give good service - don’t bother asking for extra plates ALTHOUGH you can buy a sides plate for $5

Cook your own steak! The price has gone up now from $8.50 to $9.95 (for 300g rump steak) but still very worth the quantity of food you get (steak, sides and sauce). Once you've cooked your steak, pile on the sides!
