Great family atmosphere and food is nice.

We have always been an appreciative customers of this bistro until tonight's service just went down the drain. The cashier (22/04/2017 8pm on) has no customer service skills at all!!!very rude barbaric willing to inflict grief to customers. Since when asking for a fork to eat the food purchased been OKAY to reject /decline? Far out,,, please consider the level of knowledge and understanding prior to hiring workforce.

Nice atmosphere, big steak but you have to cook it yourself but that's perfect because no will ever get you're steak right but yourself. The salad is where they lost the one star. I'll still go back for more cook it yourself steak. Not bad at all for $10.

Staff not look happy

$20 scotch fillet Medium well is what I asked for, cooked past the point of well done. Extremely tough meat, was an effort to cut with a steak knife. The fat to meat ratio was about 50/50, leaning toward more fat than meat. Don't think the steak was even seasoned, had no flavour what so ever. Chips were overcooked, dry and very minimal proportion. $20 should definitely get more then 20 odd chips and a small steak. Looked through a fair few of the reviews, by the seems of things, cook the meal yourself and it might be half decent
