Not friendly staff. We order an easy dish and we waited for it 40 min, and didn't have a nice answer from the waitress when we asked about how long we had to wait for it.

Good vibes, fun place to have a drink. Took some time and offered some advice for good spots to hit around the town. Appreciated that. Met some fellow travelers and we all had a good time talking and laughing. Nice when a place can do that.

Dinner for two, read the reviews thought this was a winner. The decor was good, room was cold with aircon working? The food arrived with the ribs already cool, tasted good also had a side of pickles which was great. The pricing is on the high side, if the meal was served on plates that keep it warm i would say it was a 4 star. I would not recommend unless its warm weather or plating procedure is changed.

Ended up here on a Friday night and have to say the food and the Japanese whiskey tasting paddle were awesome. Will be back.

Have only recently moved to the Blue mountains and have walked passed Bootlegger a few times but never visited. Tonight we decided to order some food that isn't pizza and gave bootlegger a go. I had the fried chicken burger with jalapenos removed. Very tasty burger! I would have added cheese though as my only improvement. Also had a half rack pork ribs shared with my wife and they were delicious as well. Smokey as really soft tender meat. Chips were great as well. Will definitely be in for a visit/order again.
