TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME. They are rude, with no manners, they made me wait for an hour for some nachos, when i asked why it’s taking so long the waitress just said sorry guys it’s a busy Sunday night, we’ll the bar was half empty, they didn’t even let us know there was a delay in the orders before we asked, and she didn’t even say sorry. The guy in the entrance was all upset just because it took us 2 minutes to do the sing in. Guys it’s not worth it, don’t come.

I loved it, great drinks, better food, great time had by all

As a local I’ve been meaning to try bootlegger out for ages, finally got there on Saturday night with friends, and I’ve gotta say... great decor, great vibe, customer service was quite good, staff were friendly, and the pale ale was excellent. But..., I wasn’t impressed with the food. I ordered the beef cheeks which came in the form of “pulled beef” .. which was very very tasty to be honest, but I really didn’t like the presentation with the accompanying sides of potato salad and coleslaw and “thins crisps” 🤷🏻‍♂️ Why..., I don’t get that at all, cheapened the meal somewhat. My daughter had nachos and they weren’t particularly nice either. I vowed I wouldn’t go back initially, but I think it’s better to give the benefit of the doubt, may have been an off night. So I would like to give them another go, but I’ll definitely order something different next time. Genuinely cool place though with a good vibe 👍🏼

The Bootlegger was so good we went there two nights in a row! The food was amazing, our entree of fried chicken was the best both of us had ever eaten, and the mains were just as delicious. The cocktails were a highlight, the staff seemed to be able to make anything, off or on the menu. We had such friendly staff on both nights. And finally, it's a great atmosphere - relaxed, quiet and calm where you can enjoy your drinks, your meal and your company.

This place is amazing!! Tasty, good portion sizes for meat lovers, lovely Mac &Cheese. The brisket was my fav, lovely smoky flavour with their homemade BBQ sauce. Oh and the fried chicken was juicy and nicely flavoured. A must visit if you're in the area. It's a shame I'm passing through otherwise I would have gone again. Thanks for a great meal!

Great food, service and awesome cocktails.

Honestly this was one of the best meals I have had in the Blue Mountains. The Meatshare Plate For 2 was very yummy. I need to have that Brisket again. I can see why these guys have such high demand. Highly recommended.

Food and service is excellent. Venue is nice too. Just a bit expensive, more expensive than most rib and steak none fastfood or chain restaurants in Sydney CBD.
