Lee did everything possible to make my booking easy then his welcome was perfect. I was more than delighted with the unexpected surprise of a birthday treat at the end of the meal. Wonderful. Totally recommendable. Many thanks.

Great food, wine and dessert! I would highly recommend booking an outdoor table. We shared some plates which were all fantastic; they were served one after another. I would have preferred them to come together- maybe I will ask them to do so next time I go to Syra- as I will be definitely going back.

Went here for a nice last minute dinner on a Friday and they were able to accommodate, as soon as you walk in the smells are amazing. There isn't a lot of menu options however they were all quite varied and seemed to cover all areas of food you'd hope for. It was a fair bit more expensive than I was expecting, however the quality of food reflected the price, so there's no complaints! The haloumi entree was delicious, we shared the chicken, lamb and beef which were all 5/5. The only criticism was i think there were too many lentils filling up the chicken dish, every second mouthful was dominated by the lentils, however this is minor. Literally no other setbacks, would have no problem recommending Syra. Thanks for a great meal 😄

Give this 3 stars for the food, found the service abrupt and arrogant. We like to be treated as the customers not as an intrusion.

Syra is our favourite restaurant in Hobart. Food is quality, its fantastic and consistent. Service is friendly and on the ball. Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed. Its five stars from us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gorgeous flavours, lovely location.

Ordered the 5 course dinner where the chef cooks up 5 meals from the menu their special little way (cost $65 pp). The meals were nice, a little to salty for my liking. I think a dessert should have been included in the 5 courses. Staff were great and the venue was good.

Quality and delicious flavour combinations. Good portions and service. Pricy but worth it once in a while.

Lovely night with good service from every staff member who tendered our table. We ordered the four course option and wasn't disappointed. Food was solid and well prepared. Good presentation and we had more than enough. Looking forward to hearing back on the near future.
