Delicious and fresh sashimi and sushi. Very hospitable staff and you can see the chef prepare the fish over the bar. Good hospitality and food arrived promptly. There is a queue to have a seat.

I think this is the absolute best sushi in Sydney, happy to wait 1 hour in line to get a table here. Amazing staff and service, incredible sushi for it's price. I've dined at fine dining sushi restaurants and Sushi Kaido is far superior. Love coming here.

Staff are always friendly and helpful at Sushi Kaido. Sometimes they have special fish to try if you like something different. There is often a long queue to get in, so best to arrive just before midday if you don't like waiting.

Always welcomed in the most lively manner. The staff is friendly and energetic. Good takeaway and to eat in. Love the platter options especially when we have guests over as we can choose cooked or raw options. Quality and the daily specials are always fresh.

Highly recommend Otoro, eel, salmon belly, anago and squid. Very fresh and tasty. Although the waiting time was quite long and price was a bit high, the food quality deserves it. Food quality upgraded a lot after it changes from sushi train style.
