The most fresh and delicious sushi I've ever had and have been back many times 😋 Judging by the amount of people waiting to order their food, I would say it's a very popular place and I can see why! Thanks Sushi Hub Swanston Street!

The lady Kahlen who works out need to pick up her customer service skill. Why you served the people behind us when we are taking the queue? And rolling your eyes at your customers is not a good idea either.

Their soy sauce in those plastic fish shaped containers seem very off colored/watered down - almost brown in color instead of black. Doesn't seem right.

Cancelled UberEats order after an hour. Terrible. Wont buy from them again. Avoid.

Absolutely the most rude service ever!! the 2 at the front..one lady and one guy totally ignore us, start serving people, as soon I ask to be served they give us the most rude and impolite service ever. Rushing the service dropping the soy on the table like “take this and get out of here” Congratulations if I’m the owner I would fire this 2. That’s not how you run a business! Teach the team to keep your clients not kick them out.

Busy day today and didn't get to have my first meal until almost 3pm. Was starving and walked into the closest place from the tram stop and ended up at Sushi Hub, Swanston Street. I am extremely impressed by their CoVid19 safe measures. Every staff was fully masked. And they had lots of people working there. And because I dined in at their sushi train section, they took my temperature and once that was clear, they told me to check-in. And until I was fully checked-in and could show them the confirmation on my phone, then only did they allow me to go into their dining area. Strict social distancing rule was followed and they wiped everything down including the laminated menus. Great to see a supposed fast food place being so diligent. Will definitely be going back.

Thank you! I just had that sort of lobster salad sushi (not the roll) and 30min later i got sick in the guts and had to find some public toilet. Obviously this wasn’t fresh or contaminated and I’m still sick right now... If I get food poisoned again for eating there I promise you I’ll sue you. Also the staff is not really friendly you must train them!

A very busy place, but staff are courteous. A decent range of dishes and very good for all price points. A great place to experience sushi kaiten.

Reliably good sushi. Conveniently located. Good for takeaway, or you can also sit in for sushi train.

I love this place since the day it opened. Lots of delicious sushi options to choose from the sushi train. They make one of the best sushi in the city. You will need to spend around 30 bucks or more when decide to sit down to make your stomach happy though.
