Best Japanese food in the inner west, Fast service and great atmosphere! Highly recommend

My friends and I saw the great reviews here and decided to try this place. Extremely busy place. We were very disappointed. We made a booking for 7 people but they put us in a tiny booth table that was only big enough for 6 people. Food were subpar and definitely not authentic Japanese. The rice wasn't cooked properly. Beef and deep fried eggplant were overcooked. They put green salad and fried lotus for most dishes. The ramen broth didn't taste right either. Tiny portions and way overpriced. Customer service wasn't great. One sashimi and rice dish took nearly an hour to arrive. I wouldn't be visiting again.

Best vegan ramen ever! Would highly recommend all of them. Make a booking before you go as they are nearly always booked out on Fri-Sat nights. Amazing ambience and service.

Seriously. If you are into that ol' thick broth ramen, go here. Blew my mind. Got the Chili tonkotsu. No words.

Can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner!! The place is slightly just off King St. We were feeling like Japanese & called as we were walking to the restaurant & they were able to have a table for us in one of the lovely booths. You order via tablets & the food/drinks come out in a good pace. Could not fault any of the dishes but the highlight was definitely the kingfish tacos, these were so tasty & I loved the textures of the crispy seaweed & soft & smooth kingfish! The portions were fantastic & relatively priced. Service was fast & friendly as well 😊😊😊 I am looking forward to trying out more of the dishes, in particular the ramens....they look amazing!

SO GOOD! I come here all the time, the ordering system is super easy and efficient. If you are looking for a quick dinner or a longer dinner with friends you can do either. The staff are extremely professional, every time I've come here the drinks, apps and mains have always come out in order like clock work. Make sure you leave a tip for these legends. They do a great job!

We ordered Tonkotsu ramen and Black tonkotsu ramen. My husband said it’s too salty. But it was nice to me. Pretty good ramen. Steamed gyoza was so-so.
