Really enjoyed the ramen! We had the special Hokkaido tonkotsu with burnt butter, normal Tonkotsu and sashimi, and their house lychee sake which was so refreshing with the heavier ramen. It’s been a while since I’ve had a good tonkotsu ramen that the broth is the right flavour and consistency. This broth is not too thick and it’s very flavorful but not salty. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

This Hokkaido ramen is soooo good!! The broth is nice and thick, full of flavours. The noodle chewiness is just right, the toppings are pretty generous. If I could only order the one ramen for the rest of the year, this would be it!!

One of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. Sashimi to die for and my partner really enjoyed his vegan eggplant katsu ramen. Highly recommend.

Best vegan ramen in Sydney! Complex rich developed flavours! Serving size is a bit smaller than typical bowls but it’s still so delicious!!

Tonkotsu ramen was tasty but execution for takeaway was lacking. Missing black fungus and I'm surprised it doesn't come with any seaweed. Tepid broth/ingredients by the time I got home (10mins). Chicken curry katsu was very good, nice and juicy but also luke warm.

Delicious Japanese food and drinks in the heart of Newtown. We ordered the Tonkatsu ramen with butter and Hokkaido scallops, the chicken katsu curry, tempura eggplant with miso glaze, takoyaki and some great drinks. Reasonably priced - all up about $80. It does get quite busy so best to book ahead although walk ins are doable if you're lucky! Would recommend!
