I was impressed. The food is amazing. It's all Chinese variants using tofu and mushrooms to sub in for the meat. The place isn't much to look at (more like a lunch spot - it's too brightly illuminated for a cozy dinner), but the service is friendly and this place is popular. The only nick is the prices are somewhat high but based on the quality of the food (again amazing) I'm happy to recommend it!

Nice place to catch up with friends. Warm and good environment. The food is very nice, combined with Chinese and western style. The owner and staffs are very friendly. Definitely will come again and also recommend for friends.

We ordered 5 and 5 dumplings and just regular fried noodles. The place was half-empty and we waited for over 15 minutes for the noodles. When I finished the noodles, they brought my partner 5 dumplings and another 15 minutes later the rest of the dumplings. We spent most of the time just watching the other person eating :( I decided to leave before they brought the last batch of dumplings. The food was nice but the timing was very disappointing.

The restaurant was quite empty looking in from the street which is usually not a good sign. HOWEVER The service was attentive and the food delicious. Great Indian dishes and reasonably priced. Approx 40 per head and we ate a lot. We will be back.

Big fan of Korean chicken and I welcome this addition to Enmore road They are a bit pricy ( $20 for one portion, so comparable to Mary's if you're about that chicken life!) I found the service great and the crew very welcoming.

I was a bit reluctant to try this Japanese place as I had a limited budget (student life!), but upon seeing the menu, I sat down and ordered a giner pork and rice dish, which came with a miso soup for starter. The soup was better than I expected, as I am not usually a huge fan of miso, but it was "free", so I couldn't turn it down. The pork and rice were extremely good, with lashing of chilli to make you pant (luckily you get free water), and an intense ginger flavour to round it off. The salad garnish was also served with some strips of yellow picked (stuff), which was very Wagamama in style. The one dish came to $9ish, and this was in the evening. They also have a lunch time special with $7 meals, which was also really impressive, having had the Katsu fish and rice. I would totally recommend Miyama to anyone in Newtown.

Cheap, tasty food. I go there more often than is good for me! Highly recommended are the pan fried northern style dumplings and the hand made noodles. Services can be a bit sketchy, but certainly not complaining for the price!

We enjoyed the friendly service. The meals came out quickly and were good sizes. Found the food well cooked & delicious.
I like the combination of technology and food. It's very easy to order and you can order when you like with the ipad. The food is delicious, especially the ramen on a cold day. They also offer many different drinks. They also have a rewards system, so it brings you back, service is also fast.
