Rivareno Gelato Darlinghurst

Lemon and Raspberry Sorbet is unreal! Highly recommended

Wow. Has quickly become my favorite gelato place. A bit pricey but not very different from other places like anitas or Messina. Gelato is smooth and rich and is not overly sweet. Even my girlfriend who’s not keen on desserts enjoys every time we go to rivereno. I made sure my last birthday cake was made by rivareno.

By far my favorite gelato place in Australia. This is what we call 'gelato' in Italy. I wish I could share photos, but by the time I get the ice cream, it's already finished. Delicious

Creamier texture of Gelato. Less variety than Messina, but definitely on a similar tasty wavelength!

Good gelato but if you are going to leave my street like this then I definitely won’t be going to this place again

Amazing selection and beautiful ice cream! Ate mine so quickly I didn’t even get a picture... Rivareno speciality flavours were very unusual (maple syrup and walnuts was incredible) and portions were generous. Would definitely return to try new flavours!

Rivereno gelato is delicious! It has an undeniably smooth texture and whilst they don’t have the variety that Messina has, they have them beat on the quality of their gelato. This store has cute ledge seating on the outside of the store and some spots by the window to people watch.

The Surry Hills location is now really busy and brings a fun vibe to it. Lots of flavours and I would say hi for the in a cone option as they seem to give you more of a serve then in a cup. Yummy and very creamy without being crazy sweet.

Gelato is the best so far in Sydney. Staff not too friendly though, we came on a Wednesday afternoon with no one in the store. Wasn’t worth the drive.
