Historic Site Visitor Centre, Port Arthur
It is an awesome experience even my husband who is in a wheelchair done port arthur
Was a great experience full of history. New centre is now bigger and better place now.
Great tour guides; knowledgeable and quirky, which is always a great mix. Some amazing views of the harbour and a great look into Australian history.

Really friendly staff and awesome sights to see. The old ruins and renovated prisons really gave a somber feel to the place. The Ghost tours were amazing with an excellent guide that adds another dimension to the place
Went in expecting to send a few hours, haha... Now I understand why the tickets cover two days, you need the two days for the full experience, loved it.
Not a word said about recent history... but this is an amazing amazing place to visit. Some twisted convict stuff went on here in the day. Enjoy the free ferry trip!
