Great customer service, very friendly staff, super kids friendly. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, the food and the toy train display

Really fabulous experience! A bit of chocolate science, chocolate history, free tastings and ARCADE GAMES! Very interactive and fun for all ages. Was great to see tempering in action. 有中文讲解指示

Kids loved it. Specially the free passes you get per ticket to play games and earn chocolatey rewards. Lot of interactive exhibits, and was a pleasant experience.

Loved this the tour is more a walk along but still great heaps of interactive things for the kids the shop itself is a little over priced compared to other chocolate factorys $170 on 5 things is abit disappointing i feel ripped off actually

Maybe good chocolate, but far too expensive. 100g milk chocolate $9??? I don't think worth it

This place was WAY better than we expected. To be honest, it looks like an absolute tourist trap on the outside, but it was PERFECT for a tour with a 2 year old and 5 year old. They both had so much fun, and there was something fun and interesting to do in every new room. The shop was a bit hectic and the stock was not amazing, but this was mid-pandemic so not surprising at all. Thanks for a fun time!

Didn’t get to tour the actual chocolate factory, just stopped over for lunch. Interesting menu as you wouldn’t expect a place like chocolate factory to be serving Indian curries. Curries were nice, especially the chicken. And couldn’t resist ordering an ice chocolate, which wasn’t bad also.

Nice chocolate, but expensive. Cafe closes their kitchen at 3.30, so you can only get sweet snacks (biscuits/slices) after this time

Was not expecting too much but was amazed by the chocolate factory tour - very good with Magical displays, facts and demonstrations and samples. Loads of fun! And staff were great.
