I was at the Chocolate Factory with my grandchildren on Friday, and was not very happy with the staff, they are not family friendly,no personality also they do not show any sweetness with the children.Have they been given bitter chocolate?

I agree. I’ve been there 3 times and staff are so cold. Show some emotion! That place should be magical

It can be crowded but no need to book. Early in tthe day is better.

Why are charging a very high price for the tour

Can buy the bundle ticket at the information centre . We got one for 4 attractions

Yes.. v-line bus services run between southern cross station in Melbourne and several towns on Phillip Island..
