Mjølner

The atmosphere at Mjolner is incomparable to any other restaurant or bar. From the moment we entered it was as if we were in another world! We had an 8:30pm booking for a birthday dinner. We were greeted at the door and taken to the bar to have a few pre dinner cocktails. The bar staff were next level! Amazing work they do, and the drinks were impeccable. We were then seated by a lovely waitress and looked over the beautifully set menu. I particularly loved how we could choose our own knife – made for interesting conversation! The food we ordered was made to share and we did just that. I could not fault any of the dishes we were served. All round amazing place. I will definitely be dining here again!

The staff were attentive and hospitable, all meals were full of flavour and complimentary of one another, the lighting was dim, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, and the Viking theme was present in the decor, staff attire, cutlery and overall environment. Dined at Mjølner for a friend's birthday and they gifted her a horn-shaped shot glass and pop-up birthday card signed by the staff. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

A great place to take someone for an entertaining and delicious meal. Unique atmosphere and absolutely worth the price for the experience given.

This place provides an amazing experience - it’s almost like going to the theatre! When you come in, the let you select a knife (they’re all very cool) if choice and they give you a special shot (alcohol free option available) on the house and you can get drinks in horns. The food is also amazing - love the marrow, pork...everything is delicious but very rich! Probably not a great spot for a strict vegan would be my only caution.

This is one of, if not the best dining experiences I've ever had! The food was phenomenal, the service was unbelievably perfect and the atmosphere was so nice that we didn't want to leave! If you're looking to be carried to Valhalla, this is the way. Skål!

Didn't go to the restuarant but our group found the bar area disappointing, every drink we ordered was sub par or to unique to be drinkable. The music killed the atmosphere so much, viking restaurant spent all this money on wonderful decor but has pop music playing in the background. We were really excited to go, but disappointed when we left. Will change my review after we try the restaurant exsperience.
