Mejico is a hidden gem located near the intersection between Pitt and Hunter Streets. It offers a somewhat classy dining experience of quality Mexican cuisine for a reasonable price. There is also a bar to order alcohol.

Outstanding service!! I came here for a work lunch and my colleague has special dietary requirements. Staff were so friendly and attentive - they double checked ingredients with the kitchen, made the guac at the table (so we had a fun guac-making lesson!), and operated seamlessly so we could enjoy our lunch and the fun atmosphere. Thank you for a fabulous experience, I can’t wait to return!

Attended this venue for their annual tequila tasting event. I think it was about $99 for the tastings and food. Margaritas were additional but very well made. The food was outstanding and we had more than enough variety. I would definitely return to try more. The fish platter waa exquisite.

Amazing foods, Amazing staffs. Highly recommended!! We had a great time on our Birthday dinner. It was our first time at the restaurant and everything was perfect. Thank you very much to front staffs/chefs for looking after us, we definitely go back for more.

Delicious Mexican food, able to do lots of their menu gluten free and dairy free too!

Good food. Probably a 5 star on flavour alone. There were too many hard surfaces in the restaurant making it very noisy (hard to hear more than one person removed from you on a large table) and the portions are very small. Prices are expensive, food came out piecemeal over a longtime (but not too bad) and although they encouraged sharing nothing was cut up for sharing and they didn't give you seperate knives to cut the food. This was a business lunch, during COVID, so that was a little awkward. Sure, I could have asked for a knife, I suppose... but they could've served one, so hey, who's to blame? Overall, I enjoyed the experience, I think slightly larger portions would have tipped this to a 5 star...they really were quite small even compared to other fine dining experiences

Non authentic fake Mexican food served in risible quantities and incredibly overpriced. The place is noisy, uncomfortable, no proper chairs. Service is not very good either. They add the tip to the bill without permission. Never be back again. Never

Went to Méjico restaurant to celebrate my mates birthday. Had amazing Mexican food and great cocktails. The halloumi and guacamole was just amazing. Loved it. Great service. Beautiful rusty/wooden decor and warm ambience and service. Thank you.

We had the Valentine’s Day set menu.. maybe it was because of the set menu but I wasn’t that wowed by the food. The staff were friendly, attentive and quick with their service and the overall atmosphere was nice. The blue Weber cocktail and the smashed guacamole were the highlights.

The food was lovely and affordable, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was great. I'm definitely going back 😀
